Nicole is the Weekend News Anchor and Producer for the Evening News at 6 and 11. During the week Nicole goes live at City Hall or at any breaking news scene and works on stories for the Evening News. Nicole is also the fill-in anchor at CHCH for both Morning Live and the Evening News at 6. 

Nicole Martin started at CHCH as the Morning Live breaking news reporter in 2014. Whether she was up in a World War II bomber or making snow angels after a storm, Nicole brought her energy and youthful spirit to the morning show. 

Prior to joining the CHCH News team, Nicole earned an honours degree in Speech Communication from the University of Waterloo. She subsequently received a diploma in Broadcast Journalism Television News from Fanshawe College graduating top of her class.

Born and raised in Hamilton, Nicole is passionate about bringing local news that matters into your home.
